Developed by a Fit Pro with over 30 years of health and wellness programming experience, LIVE LIFE BETTER is 12 intense weeks of training for the mind, the body, and the spirit. You’ll learn how to integrate the three components of health into your daily life, you’ll gain the confidence to overcome obstacles, you’ll get an understanding of the role your daily mindset plays in your success, and you will be stretched beyond your comfort level.

 

What LIVE LIFE BETTER is NOT

 

LIVE LIFE BETTER is not another weight loss plan. This is a program for those who are serious about personal health; and is designed to put you in charge by building the mental fortitude to take control of your health. 

Prove to yourself, once and for all, that “NO PAIN NO GAIN” never works long term; and, that your health is contingent on your daily thoughts and actions.

30 MINUTE FAT BURNING WORKOUTS FOR ANY FITNESS LEVEL

Our LIVE LIFE BETTER FITNESS PROGRAM IS BASED ON HIIT/METCON TRAINING STRATEGY.

This discipline of training utilizes RESISTANCE, CARDIO, and FUNCTIONAL TRAINING to create a METABOLIC RESPONSE that will IGNITE FAT BURNING FOR over 24 hours post-workout. We will design 30-minute workouts that are focused, intense, and fun to execute.

LIVE LIFE BETTER DAILY CRITERIA:

1. You will train your body! We require you to do two workouts, four days a week. Workout one will be 30 minutes in length and will incorporate resistance and functional work. Workout number two will be a 12-minute using the HIIT/Metcon training strategy!

2. You will optimize your hydration by drinking 120oz of water daily. Coffee and carbonated drinks DO NOT count!

3. You will be provided with a meal plan to follow throughout the program with 80% whole food format void of fast food and unplanned eating. WE WILL COACH YOU ON OUR TRAINERIZE APP!

4. You will be required to utilize proper supplementation as recommended by the wellness consultant you work with. Supplementation ensures that you are getting the optimal nutrients, at a precise time, to expedite fat metabolism, muscle recovery, and proper gut health.

5. You will focus on intentional time by spending 30 minutes without technology (cell phones, tablets, computers, etc.) every evening. You will be expected to fully engage in mental growth and stimulating activities (meditation, reading self-help/motivational materials, taking a warm bath/shower, or truly engaging with your family and/or pets). This creates mental clarity in many areas!
